At Art Decals, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.

  1. Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at info@artdecals.co.uk. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  1. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@artdecals.co.uk so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., decals made to order).
  • Sale items or gift cards.

If you have questions about the eligibility of your item, please contact us before initiating a return.

  1. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the desired item.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • It may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Orders for custom or personalized products (e.g., decals made to your specifications) cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@artdecals.co.uk.

If production has not started, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a full refund. However, once the item is in production, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.
