At Art Decals, every order is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made, please read the information below carefully to understand how returns, refunds, and cancellations work.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
· The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
· It must be returned in its original packaging
· Proof of purchase is required
To request a return, please contact us at info@artdecals.co.uk before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Custom & Personalised Products
Please note that custom or personalised items (including decals made from your photo or produced to specific sizes or colours) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Each custom decal is made specifically for you and cannot be resold. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies as a custom product, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@artdecals.co.uk, including photos of the issue. We’ll assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest solution is to:
1. Request a return (if eligible and approved), and
2. Place a new order for the desired item
This ensures the fastest processing and availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
· Refunds are issued to the original payment method
· Processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@artdecals.co.uk.
Cancellations
Orders for custom or personalised products cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet begun, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once production is underway, cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.
