At Art Decals, we design and produce high-quality vinyl decals intended for application on smooth, flat surfaces. Correct preparation and application are essential to achieve the best possible result. Please read the information below carefully before applying your decal.

 

Customer Responsibility

The successful application of a decal is the responsibility of the customer. Before applying your decal, please ensure that:

·         The surface is clean, dry, and smooth

·         The area is free from dust, grease, moisture, or other contaminants

·         Freshly painted walls have been allowed to cure for at least 14 days before application

Applying decals to unsuitable or uncured surfaces may result in poor adhesion or surface damage.

 

Application Instructions

All orders include clear application instructions designed to help you achieve a smooth, bubble-free result.

Art Decals cannot be held responsible for issues arising from:

·         Inadequate surface preparation (including textured, uneven, or unsuitable surfaces)

·         Errors made during application, such as misalignment, creasing, or bubbling

·         Damage caused during removal of decals after application

Once a decal has been applied, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for application-related issues.
