At Art Decals, we take care to ensure your order is produced, packed, and delivered with the same attention to detail that goes into every decal we make. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

-          Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

-          Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your delivery online.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions.

-          Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch

 

Shipping Costs

No hidden fees - the price you see is the price you pay.

-          Free standard shipping is included with all UK orders.

 

Tracking Your Order

All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website, so you can monitor your delivery at any time.

 

Delivery Issues

Incorrect address:

-          Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or damaged parcels:

-          If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@artdecals.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Special Considerations

-          During busy periods (such as holidays), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

-          If you have specific delivery instructions, feel free to include them in the notes at checkout - while we can’t guarantee special requests, we’ll always try to help where possible.
