How do I apply my decals?

Our decals are designed for easy application using a dry method, thanks to the premium MetaScape® vinyl adhesive. Each order comes with simple instructions to help you achieve a smooth, bubble-free finish.

 

Are the decals reusable or removable?

No, our decals are permanent and are not designed to be reused or removed without damage.

 

Can I create a decal from a photograph of my dog?

Yes! You can upload a photo—such as a picture of your dog,

family, or favourite memory—and we’ll create a high-quality, custom decal for

How It Works:

How does the “Visualise Your Decal” tool work?

Our "Visualize Your Decal" tool lets you preview how a decal will look in your space before you buy. Here’s how it works:

 

1. Take a Photo: Snap a picture of the area where you’d like to place the decal.
2. Select a Decal: Pick a design from our collection and add it to the workspace.
3. Upload Your Photo: Use the "Add Image" option to upload your space photo.
4. Adjust Layers: Arrange the decal over your background image to preview the final look.

It’s that simple to bring your vision to life before making a purchase!

 

What surfaces can the decals be applied to?

Our decals adhere best to clean, smooth, and flat surfaces such as walls, doors,

windows, cars, and furniture. They are not recommended for textured surfaces.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently only ship within the UK, and all prices include delivery.

 

Can I see a proof my custom decal before it’s made?

Yes! When you upload your photo for a custom decal, we’ll send you a design proof to ensure everything looks perfect before production begins.

 

Are your decals safe for wall paints?

Our decals are made with high-quality vinyl that adheres well to most smooth, painted surfaces. However, we recommend testing a small area first to ensure compatibility with your specific paint type.

 

Can I order decals in custom sizes or colours?

Absolutely! Many of our designs can be adjusted to your preferred size and colour. Simply contact us for more details or include your preferences when placing your order.

 

What happens if my decal arrives damaged?

If your decal arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll

be happy to assist with a replacement.

 

How do I clean the surface before applying my decal?

We recommend wiping the surface with a clean, damp cloth to remove dust and

grease. Let it dry completely before applying the decal for the best results.

 

Are your decals weather-resistant?

Yes, our decals are made with durable vinyl that can withstand outdoor conditions.

They’re perfect for cars, windows, and other outdoor applications.
