How do I apply my decals?

All decals come with application tape and clear instructions. They are designed for smooth, bubble-free application on flat, clean surfaces.

 

Are the decals removable?

Yes, our decals are designed to be removed cleanly from suitable surfaces without damaging the wall. They are intended for single-use application, meaning they cannot be reapplied once removed. For best results, we recommend applying decals to clean, smooth, and dry surfaces. Full application and removal instructions are included with every order

 

What surfaces can the decals be applied to?

Smooth, clean and dry walls work best. Painted walls, glass, mirrors and furniture panels are all suitable. If the wall has been freshly painted, please allow at least 14 days for the paint to fully cure. Applying decals to uncured paint can result in poor adhesion and may damage both the wall surface and the decal.

 

Can I create a decal from my own photo?

Yes. You can turn your own photo into a custom wall decal. Simply upload your image and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

How does the “Visualise Your Decal” tool work?

Upload a photo of your room and preview how the decal will look before buying. You can quickly test size and placement in seconds.

 

Can I see a proof before my custom decal is made?

Yes. For custom photo decals, we’ll send you a design proof for approval before production begins.

 

How long do your decals last?

Our decals are made from premium Metamark® 7 Series vinyl and are designed to last for many years indoors without fading or peeling. The vinyl itself is rated for up to 8 years outdoor durability (black & white) and 7 years for colours, highlighting its long-term quality.

 

Can I order custom sizes or colours?

Yes. Many designs can be adjusted to your preferred size or colour. If you’re unsure, simply get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship within the UK only. All prices include delivery.

 

What if my decal arrives damaged?

If your decal arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll assist with a replacement.
